I hadn't heard of them until reading your quesion. Their web site says their located in Hong Kong. No address or phone number. They claim to take Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. If you do business with them I'd recommend you not pay cash or money order. Use a credit card or PayPal so you can challange any payments if something happens.
