Anyone ever heard of panda puppies, what are they?

Usually they are a either a Bichon or a Chow Chow(or any other white, puffy dog) that are dyed black in spots like a panda.

There just the same thing as a puppy, only they have markings like a panda. :)

Usually the breed is a 'Chow Chow' because they have a snout like a panda.
