  1. I manage a Subway.

I get paid a base salary and have to work a minimum of 50 hours a week.  I make my own schedule.

There are 5 stages to the bonus.

    1.  Take the total monthly sales, subtract $15,000 and I get 4% of that.

    2.  If I make a certain labor percentage I get 1/2% of total monthly sales.

    3.  If I make a certain food cost percentage I get 1/2% of total monthly sales.

    4.  If my combined food cost and labor is under a certain amount I get an extra $100 for the month.

    5.  If I get a 100% on my monthly inspection I get an extra $100 for the month.

  2. im actually in the stages of promotion at McDonald's.

since its the first step, im only getting an extra 25c, after that it'll be 50c for shift runner.

it dont sound like much, but i also get time and a half on a sunday, before 6am and after 12midnight. i also get double time on bank holidays and holiday pay to save and spend at my leisure :)

i also get to pick my hours and say what days i cant work (or dont want to work)

    fantastic :)
