Anyone ever ordered from Smart Inks website?

Having a real problem, ordered ink 2 weeks ago and after a wk, still not received. I emailed them and they said it had been sent post but would send another as i should have received it. Well, its been 2 weeks now in all and I can't contact them, phone just goes to answer machine. Are they dodgy does anyone know?!

Hmmm seems so if you still not got your ink after all that time , the one i get my ink from it arrives next day

if you're in the UK, they are a fab company/cheap and are based in Manchester.

I ordered some on Saturday and they came today...but there's been the bank hol in between
