i have been getting the run around with my shoe order and they have closed their website.what can i do?i ordered my shoes at christmas 07.they say they refunded my money.i have received nothing.

sounds like you have been scammed, if you paid by credit card contest the charge, also contact your stste's attorney general's office to lodge a complaint/
