Anyone ever played a game called Orijinz? It's a word game, I believe. Thanks?

Well, I haven't played it, but here's the entry for it on BoardGameGeek.com:

The entry there shows that despite the 2007 release date. no users yet have it marked as owned or have commented on it.  I handle the game submission approvals on BGG, and the game only came through the queue for approval about a month ago.

Additionally, from that page, they link to reviews... though I am usually suspicious of the "reviews" that a publisher lists on their page, as they have a vested interest in only showing good reviews.

The only semi-objective review I can find on the game at the moment is this one on LiveJournal:

At a price of $14.95 + $4.95 US shipping, I don't know that it would be a game that I would take a risk on when there are already a whole load of good and established word and party games available.  My suggestion would be to see if further reviews come up for the game, or if you can find it to play in a local gaming shop (e.g. one that encourages / allows in-store demos).  Heck, since the game is sparsely reviewed so far, perhaps contact the publisher asking for an advance copy in exchange for a published review.  BoardGameGeek.com would certainly love to see a review.
