Anyone ever stay in monastery in San Gimignano Italy? Foresteria Monastereo di San Giralaro?

Looking for any actual traveller experience staying in the above monastery in Tuscany region. Found favorable stuff in two books but absolutely no user reviews on trip advisor.com or anywhere else. Want to know about general experience, do you get your own room? Private baths? is it centrally located (we are travelling with bicycles) Thanks.
