Anyone ever stayed at Rooms on the Beach in Ocho Rios?

Question

Traveling to Jamaica in April, looking for accommodations, this hotel is not all inclusive but is reasonably priced for 2 weeks! If you have stayed there or been to Ocho, I would love to hear about the hotel and any other great places around there!

rooms on the beach is very nice but its not an all inclusive.  Its smack in the middle of ocho rios, a stone throw away from local fair and a little walk to island village or hardrock cafe. It serves a light continental breakfast and it has a descent beach.  rooms are clean and pretty new

Its very central and so u can find your way to most attractions from there.  being in a euro plan hotel has its advantages... u can try patties at juci beef as well as jamaican food on James Street.  

ifs also near village hotel which isnt anything to look at to most tourist but it has some of the most beautiful local wood craft and art... (and it had an entertaining waiter with lots of riddles and jokes.. wonder if he is still there) this hotel is not on the beach but they have a small pool and they can recommend a good beach

You could try looking it up at TripAdvisor.com.  Be aware that they censor people posting any experiences with crime they have had, which is an important factor if you're not doing an all-inclusive in Jamaica.
