Anyone ever travel to Ukraine or Russia for a woman?

I have and what a story! I met a gold digger and was crushed but ending up meeting the woman of my dreams before I left! What is your story? Are these dating agencies a scam or not? I am still not sure myself.

Like all things, some of the dating agencies are scams and some of them are legitimate, well-respected businesses.

http://www.elenasmodels.com, for example, is a well-respected business whose owner (elena) has actually written one of the better books on the subject of scams and how to identify them.  If you're serious about differentiating between a legitimate dating service and a scam, then get her book and study it.  It was a real eye-opener for me.  I was registered with Elena's Models for a while, but was introduced to my Ukrainian fiancee by a mutual friend.  The correspondence I had with some of the women in Elena's service before then, however, was serious and very encouraging.  These women weren't looking for green cards, they were looking for life partners.
