Anyone ever tried fish oils for anxiety. I?

I have been on them for nearly two months now and I feel like my anxiety is almost gone.

  1. I am delighted that you feel better, unquestionably this is a placebo effect, but welcome for all that.


  2. fish oil is great! It has been found to help with depression, and I  find it helps with pms and my skin also.  We lack omega 3 in our diets these days which throws us off balance.  Glad to hear your anxiety is better!! Good luck! and keep taking it! :)

I have not tried it for anxiety.  But I do use it to help with my dry hair.  My hair now, isn't that dry and damage like last month.  It's more healthier looking and feeling.  I have also stopped using alot of hair products to help with a shine.  The only back lash that I have had from fish oils is my face was combination skin and now it's more oily than last month!  

    But I love it!
