Anyone ever use horse race handicapper Noel Michaels' sevices?

If so, how did he perform?

No but I've met him a few times through friends and he's a great guy and handicapper, not just horse handicapping too.  

Don't know what the poster below is jabbering about, but Noel Michaels usually has angles and articles in the Daily Racing Form and is very well respected, I wouldn't be hesitant to use his services, if you can't handicap for yourself, he's got quite a few books out there as well.

I have no clue but i got this amazing letter on how good he is . I wish i had some proof thank you rick

I just did some research and noel name came up with kelso and hurley theses are crooks so beware
