  1. i haven't but a mate of mine has. when they use to go to Nottingham, he swear he would never use them again, seats too cramped, Coach was cold, this was in February. he now uses National Express coach, or gets the train

  2. I've never travelled on Megabus myself, but friends have.

It took 10 hours to get from Bristol to London.  There are NO toilet on the majority of the coaches, so every hour so the driver pulls into the Motorway Services for an hour.  The seats are so close together that your knees are touching the seat in front - one of my friend's is just over 5ft tall and her knees were seriously in the back of the person sat in front.  One night one of the coaches broke down on the Motorway, and the driver turned off ALL the lights (inside and out), got off and left the coach full of passengers in the middle lane.

  3. yeah, not with booking though. It took 4+1/2 hrs to get from Glasgow to Aberdeen instead of 3+1/2 and the windows were stuck open and there was a howling gale it was FREEZING! never again

  4. no

  5. I never had a problem when we did Middlesbrough to London. Also - Stagecoach are probably one of the best big groups (way ahead of Worst & Even Worse then Worst (Arriva)) - so they aren't really a JOKE of a company. I suggest you check your junk e-mail folder - or don't give up on the phone - but demand a refund as it wasn't your fault!
