Anyone ever worked for Bright Horizon (child care) before?

I may have an interview with them soon any tips on what to say? is formal teaching experience needed? what are they looking for in a substitute?

No but my ex wife worked for Mother Goose, and I think they were an affiliate of Bright Horizon.  My wife didn't even have a degree and this was in Texas.
