Anyone experiencing the Retinal Detachment?

I am currenty experiencing Retinal Detachment there fog cover the whole right eye, black wave and tiny pain. I did email the staff memeber of my eyes doctor and waiting to get back to me. what was the treatment/cure for the Retinal Detachment? can this be a serious matter? if you can help thank you Matt
