Anyone familiar with DC talent agencies?

Question

I play guitar and one of my dad's friends saw me performing and he suggested that I get headshots for a talent agency near DC but I dont remember what it was called. It was a girls name or something. For some reason Heather sounds familiar but I dont think that is the name of the website. It was a person's first name and last name. I am really bored right now so I was trying to figure out what website it was but I can't figure it out.
