Anyone familiar with Samsung refrigerators?

Question

Hopefully this is the right place to post. Anyone have really loud banging noises coming from their refrigerators? It sounds like someone is hitting the inside of the frig. with a hammer. I've had 5 tech. come out & can't figure it out. It can happen from 5-30 times a day & it's really loud. It's still under warranty but Samsung can't fix it unless they hear it & of course it doesn't happen when their here.
