I used to learn loads in martial arts but I got injured so i am looking for a sports alternative.What might you say about this sport and the organization is it big or small and what facilities etcI require to get fit and stay healthy and so being full of life is the channel to goI am thinking about training in martial arts on this kung fu training appliance http://www.martialarm.com but as well need to diversify my sporting comprtment.
