depends on what state ur in

but basically, u need a bankruptcy lawyer...then u have to take a precourse before u file..its about manageing ur money..then u gotta get all ur credit reports and **** together and ur lawyer will do the rest...then u gotta go to court and the judge will tell u if ur eligible...then when u get approved, u take another class on manageing ur money so u dont get stuck having to file again....then all ur debts are gone...except for federal student loans and any money u owe the government, cuz they want their money still....
