Anyone from Maryland?

Question

I'm originally from Toronto and I'm planning on moving to the Baltimore region in the near future so naturally I just have a few questions.

Firstly just out of curiosity where do most of the east Asians live in Maryland? Are there any particular cities with a high east Asian population or are they just spread around for the most part?

Secondly which Baltimore suburbs are considered upper class and safe?
