Anyone from Saskatchewan know rough house utility bills?

My wife and I just bought our first home(in Saskatoon), and are looking for some ball park utility numbers.

Electricity, gas, water sewer, etc.

I realize they are different based on a lot of different factors but I'd like to see how the stack up to our condo.

Its kind of hard for anyone to give you a ball park, we dont know what your home is heated with, whether you have air coditioning, a heated pool etc. Plus what size is the home, does it have good insulation, it's age etc.  So you can see there are many things to consider.  

Your real estate agent should be able to get copies of the the old owners bills.   Actually you could have asked to see them before you bought the house even.  But anyway call your agent and ask them if it's not too late to get the bills from the previous owner.
