Anyone from Thunder Bay?

Been thinking of emigrating there (from UK), but have heard that jobs are a little thin on the ground.

Can anyone tell me what the employment situation is? I'm an elementary school teacher. Thanks in advance.

Not sure about Thunder Bay specifically, but if you want to be a teacher in Canada, you will have absolutley no problem getting a job here...

I disagree about the teaching jobs.

There are a lot of new graduates with teaching certificates that cannot get jobs in our area. If you qualified outside Canada you will need more credits.
