Anyone get there AS results back today?

How did you do? The marking seemed to be SO strict.

i failed my law and applied science  i got a u in both of them

hey yeah got mine but do you know how to work out the overall subject grade coz we only got given the exam paper grade???

Thats A Levels for you! Wait until A2! That's when the marking gets even stricter!

I got one A Level back today and 2 AS's. I was expecting an A in one of my AS results but got a B. The grade boundaries have changed making it harder to get decent grades. All because of the people complaining that "A Levels are too easy". It's a lot harder than GCSE, but I'm sure you didn't do too bad.

A bit more improvement and hard work will pay off in your second year. Most students drop a grade at A2, hence why the first year is one of the most important.
