there's also something called disboards.com.  It's actually a Disney board where you can meet lots of people going on your cruise.  I've been on 4 disney cruises, and they are amazing.  Have fun!!

Try going to www.cruisecritic.com. You can find lots of people going on your same cruise. At least I think. I know for sure you can with Royal Caribbean but I am not completley sure for Disney. But its worth a try! Good Luck finding people and have fun on your cruise!!!
