Anyone gone on a pacific northwest cruise?

Question

I am taking a cruise September 29,2008 departing from Seattle with stops in Nanaimo,B.C and Victoria B.C. This will be our first cruise and would like to know if anyone has taken this cruise or any cruise with celebrity. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I haven't gone on a cruise there, but believe me you will love it! Don't be suprised if you see killer and gray whales and all kinds of sea lions and seals. I love the Pacific Northwest - I lived in Seattle for 8 years and I loved it. Have a great time!

Victoria is fabulous.  Beautiful gardens and flowers everywhere and more British charm than anywhere in England.  Go to the inner harbour then the Bengal Lounge for a drink in the Empress Hotel--most go for the tea.  Nanaimo is another matter..  Rent a car and get out of town to see some of Vancouver Island.
