  1. i Pods suck latley, press and hold the center butten and the menu butten at the same time, hold it untill that apple screen comes on and wait 5 min, it will reset it for you, and if you have i tunes, download i pod updates, it will make you i pod tripp out less.

  2. You can always click the center button, and press the menu button for 15 seconds or so. It should work, if not lock, and unlock your iPod, do that 3 complete times. If no response, then it might be dead, for a another try charge your iPod. Still no response contact your local Apple Store near you.

  3. Check to see if it is locked. underneath there is a little switch and it may have been locked. Sometimes the screen will lock also if you do not have the latest iTunes downloaded. Don't keep pushing buttons! Just give the iPod some time.

  4. try holding down the 'menu' and middle button

  5. that happened to my mom. We had to exchange it. Did you reset it?

  6. OMg , the same thing happened to me ! Idk , sorry

  7. If you've had it less then a year its still under a factory warrenty, so call apple and talk to them. Other then that, its pretty much toast. If it's a year or two old and you you've used the heck out of it, then the battery may just be dead. The batterys in ipods do eventually die and they are vertually unreplaceable, without sending them into apple and payiing them to fix or replace it, which will cost you if you dont have warrenty coverage. Which, as i said, is a year from date of purchase.

  8. press the menu button and the center circle button this resets it. Sometimes, if it's an older model, they can just die

  9. hold down the menu button in the middle and the play button simultaneously...this resets the ipod so that it should work again...don't worry about your music it should all load back on with itunes and you will have a fully functioning ipod again in no time. x

  10. hold down the middle and center buttons until it restarts and then try to charge it.
