Question:

Anyone good with online shopping? ??Or love myspace??!!!?

I've ordered a tshirt from www.babycakesclothing.co.uk and shipping is supposed to be 2-4 working days, but its been 10 days and still nothing. It's organised by Paul Griffiths who owns like a company on myspace. Has anyone else ordered anything from here? how long did it take?

Orrr.... even if you don't have myspace, what do you suggest I do about the situation? I've emailed them and got nothing back what should my next steps be?

Apparently some people have waited for as long as 2 months and still not recieved there package. I paid by paypal if that makes a difference??

  1. well are you here in the states? It could take longer. I've never heard of this company. I wouldn't order anything else if I ended up waiting 2 months. I love shopping online, but you have to be very careful about doing it. I hope you get your t-shirt.


  2. Contact PayPal resolutions and send them an email. They have a policy in your user agreement that states they will reimburse your money and take it up with the company!!!

    Try to have as much  information about your order and it's status as possible.

  3. Have they already taken out the payment? Is there any kind of order tracking on the package? If they haven't taken the money yet, I say stop payment on it. They sound like a scam company to me.

    Wait, I just went to their site...it says that due to postal strikes, there will be a delay on orders. C'mon, be smart and check these things out before whining about it.

  4. This has happened to me numerous times. They don't you just shop in the stores .. It's a lot more fun!

    I don't trust online shopping .. But, that's just me.

  5. Send Paul Griffiths an e-mail about the situation, contact babycakesclothing about the situation and dispute it with Paypayl.  In fact, you should try cancelling your order now.  If you end up receiving the tshirt then just pay them again.

  6. Really sounds like you have been ripped off!Your next step is the better business bureau,They may not be legit.It makes no difference how you paid,they have your money and you have nothing.I bet you cant even sue them.just be glad you didnt give a credit card number to them.

I do most of my shopping on line.  Most of it is through Amazon.com, though I do purchase from other places.  I have only had trouble one time, and it was through a vendor for Amazon.  I purchased an item for which I was charged but never received. E-mailed the vendor several times and got no response.  Got in touch with customer service at Amazon, they investigated, and I got a refund.

    Get in touch with customer service at PayPal and see if they can assist you.

  9. if you paid by paypal you can open an "item not recieved" dispute. email the website and tell them what you are going to do, if you dont hear anything in two days, open the dispute
