  1. As Proc and Wiggy do not think there is a specific one i believe they would know what they are talking about. Why not just google motocross (or other disiplines) fitness training programs and see what comes up.  I did and found a number of different sites with different ideas.  |

    My son uses Lee Hogans building champions program which Lee designed himself and that has been really good, but that is Australian based


  2. Im pretty sure, there is not a set system that they all do.

  3. Just to add to what was mentioned above from what I have heard from the racers interviews they use personal trainers.  I am sure that most of there workouts revolve around a lot of cardio.  Like mentioned I do not know of any hard and fast rules for racer training.

I didn't know there was one. most do their own training. and they vary a great deal. from Push bike riding to swimming. you might get some with personal trainers and one of them may have brought out a book. or you may get a medical reference book that gives recovery programmes for different breakages. (leg, wrist or collarbone etc) but as for a single manual..... i have never heard of one.
