Hi, I need a venom deck list for key cards like Vennominon The King of Poisonous Snakes and Vennominaga The Deity of Poisonous Snakes. Sadly though, I only have one of each so try to get the list to only require one. Thanks a lot.

  1. Hello. Venom Decks may be a little more popular now with Evil Dragon Ananta in the new Premium Pack. Try this.

    MONSTERS: 20

    1 Evil Dragon Ananta

1 Vennominaga The Deity of Poisonous Snakes

2 Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes

    2 Venom Boa

    3 Venom Snake

    3 Venom Serpent

    3 Alien Shocktrooper

    2 Venom Cobra

    1 Morphing Jar

    1 Sangan

    1 Card Trooper

    SPELLS: 13

    2 Venom Swamp

    2 Venom Shot

    2 Snake Rain

    1 Monster Reborn

    1 Mystical Space Typhoon

    1 Heavy Storm

    2 Nobleman of Crossout

    1 Book of Moon

    2 Trade-In

    TRAPS: 9

    2 Snake Whistle

    2 Damage=Reptile

2 Rise of The Snake Deity

    3 Threatening Roar

    Side Deck: 14

    1 Venom Swamp

    1 Terraforming

    3 Solemn Judgment

    2 Venom Burn

    1 Swords of Revealing Light

    2 Royal Decree

    2 Magic Reflector

    1 Mirror Force

    1 Return From D.D.

The basic setup of this Deck is to kill the opponent's monsters with Venom Swamp, stalling long enough to Summon one or both Evil Dragon/Vennominaga. It should not be too hard to get a second Vennominon or the Evil Dragon, as both are relatively cheap despite their rarity. The Venom monsters are here for two purposes: Venom Counters, and Graveyard food. The Counters should easily stave off the opposition with Venom Swamp, allowing your snakes to survive a few rounds. The only non-Venom Monsters are Sangan and Alien Shocktrooper. The Shocktrooper gives you a one, possibly two turn beatstick, and Sangan is the only Monster that benefits from dying by Venom Swamp's effect.

The Spells are built to keep the opponent at bay. Venom Swamp is what makes the whole Deck tick, as without it your Venom Counters would be useless. Snake Rain can dump Monsters for Evil Dragon and Vennominaga, and Venom Shot can let your poison spread even faster. Trade-In sets up Vennominon for easy revival, and Nobleman kills face-downs your Venom cannot do anything about. The remaining Spells consist of your standard Staples.

Your Traps are all about quick kills. Three Threatening Roar keep the opponent at bay while you search for a win condition. Rise of the Snake Deity and Damage=Reptile can quickly pull the big guns out of the Deck. Finally, Snake Whistle can get a specific Venom Monster quickly.

The Side Deck is pretty self-explanatory, built to counter the Metagame, and provide your Deck with some extra options.

Hopefully, this setup will possibly make Venom Monsters a competetive Deck.

Hope this answer helps. happy Dueling!!!
