I wanna see how much time my creditors have to sue me before their time slips away. BTW i live in CA. as i know it is different for every state

As the link explains, credit card accounts are defined as "open ended accounts" under the Truth in Lending Act, and open ended accounts have a 4 year SOL in CA.

It's also worth mentioning that making a payment does NOT reset the SOL in CA like it does in most other states.
