  2. pork chops with mushroom soup and rice its fast and all you will need is

    chops

    tin of mushroom soup

    1onion

    mushrooms(optional)

    and rice

    or tuna pasta bake

    1tin tuna drained

    1 tin sweet corn drained

    1tin mushroom soup

    spring onion

    pasta

    cheese to top

cook the pasta add the corn onion tuna and soup heat for about 5 mins transfer to a oven proof dish and top with cheese grill for about 6 mins or until cheese is golden brown

  3. get some pasta and boil it for ten minutes and then stick it on a plate.. Then get a tub of Dolmio stir-in sauce and stir it in. Then get a bag of grated mozzarella and sprinkle it over the top. Put it under the grill to melt the cheese and thats it! takes about 20-25 mins in all, very easy.

  4. Baked mushroom with cous cous and sunflower seeds

all you need to do is shove the cous cous in after putting it in boiling water, into the mushroom, and shove on the seeds then put some oil on top, and lemon juice for some flavour and shove it in the oven for 15 minutes, and hey presto.

    Healthy and Tasty!
