  1. You can buy me some pancakes you Brit.

  2. come clean my house if your board. £25 a day wont get you far though in london

  3. Contray to certain views on here, £100 will get you quite far in London providing you live here and won't need feeding (apart from a few sarnies for lunch of course!) or a bed.

    In no particular order:

    1. Tate Modern (with the Höller slides) in the Turbine Hall - free

    2. Greenwich/Petticoat Lane/Portobello Road Markets - free

    3. Westminster to Greenwich Boat ride - about £10

    4. Design Museum (always good banter) - £7

    5. Wonder around Natural History Museum - free

    6. Afternoon tea at the Dorchester - £23

    7. The Aquarium (well heated in winter) - £13

    8. Go see a matinee of something - £10-£40 (depending on show)

That's just a sample, London is really not that expensive, this is a few of things I've done since moving down here 3 years ago, it's true that when stuff is on your doorstep, you show less interest, that's not to say "go to the Eye!" but there's plenty of slightly off popular things that we all forget about. If not of that tickles your fancy, buy a Time Out, there's always something in there.

  4. I would suggest leaving that stupid city and taking in the beautiful english countryside.

  5. i know something thats free sight see with a couple of friends its fun energetic and interesting

  6. ever heard of  'experimental travel' ?  if you look on a search engine it will give you more information. You need not travel far to do it either

On Lonely Planet website it has info and you dont have to buy a book about it either.

That should give you some ideas.

  7. just stroll round london, look at the hops, take a walk through market. £100 dont go far in london so just use it for lunch and cuppa teas etc:

  8. a couple grams of coke! :-)

  9. 10 bottles of cheap vodka and you wont give a d**n bout your money anymore

  10. You don't need to pay for a boat ride - you can get some riverboats with your travelcard

  11. One of the highest costs of visiting London is your hotel room which isn't going to be a problem if you already live here. Get a travel card after 10am to get around. Get stuffed on a good breakfast at home then eat at places offering 2fors or other inexpensive offers. Walk the parks, visit museums and galleries, the Royal Opera House for standing tickets-even if that's not your scene, it's worth it for the experience. A simple drink at the top floor bar of the Park Lane Hilton is about the same as a ride on the Eye.

  12. you could buy a can of coke, i heard thats about £100 in london.

  13. if u have a couple of friends take them, if they have money too u can buy drinks, meat, movies and have a great party at someones place for 4 days! how is that?

  14. JUST SPEND IT ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY YOU DESERVE IT.

  15. get a megabus ticket. come to edinburgh.u would love this place.

  16. Why not organise your own private film festival? The Prince Charles Cinema at 7 Leicester Place - just north off Leicester Sq is a repertory Cinema with four different films a day costs per session between £1.50 -£3.50 with membership (slightly more otherwise). Just watch whatever is on that week. You can take sandwich's/picnic or dine cheaply on Dim Sum in  nearby China Town

  17. hire a prostitute.

  18. lot of free museums and galleries, don't need to spend a fortune to have a good time in London

Alternatively stick it all on red or black and see either stay in and do nothing or have £200 to spend over 4 days!
