OK I asked this yesterday. Today I played with my bro, sis, and 3 cousins. My siblings kept attacking me because they fear me. Every game my brother suicides with me and many gang me. I never get the chance to get enough forces to retaliate. My brother always suicides my big army with his...

He was second place for suiciding with me... Anyone got good strategies I can use? I need one that can resist gankers and suiciders.

Thanks for reading.

  1. LOL 1st of all cool name, do u play FFXI? and 2nd of all this game is awesome. well both games are awesome. ummm what continent do u start out on? a good strategy is probably australia because they can only come through one way to attack australia and u can put up huge forces in like china and u can rush in the 1st turn, which is fun, just take one territory and let it be, don't get cocky and attack everywhere else, because u will grow weaker. you should also make allies with some people, like say someone is in asia, than a smart plan is probably  getting someone on africa or europe, if they are threaten by you, they should also join you since u are so strong. so good luck, because u will need luck in this game

once i made my last stand with 3 soldiers killed my cousin which has like 15 soldiers

  2. why not practice by downloading the game off the internet.  Go to iwin.com they have it there or wherever. you can practice your strategy that way :)

  3. That's what sucks about RISK, there is no strategy just all in the luck of the dice.  You should play a game that has balance instead of being able to attack all you want.  Memoir 44 has cards instead and you can only play one action each turn.  Axis and Allies has soo many unit types it will keep your bro guessing what to do.  Go to www.boardgamegeek.com to find many types of games to play, you'll find RISK at the BOTTOM of the list BC it has too much luck involved.
