Anyone got swimming pool pranks to share ?(water in pool)?

put a bunch of capsules of yellow food coloring in the water and have some friends go in. (;

Get some red food coloring and some how pretend they your lip,nose or some other body part got busted up.I would do this at the gym but i might get in trouble with this crazy pool woman,so try it.I had another idea that i thought up of when i was bored at the pool,but i forgot it.

i am looking for a good prank...me and my friend came up with getting marine glue and sticking a few coins to the bottom of the pool haha.
