Anyone gotten pregnant on Mirena?

Im freaking here!!! I have 2 kids, 2 and 9 months, and I am on Mirena. Lately I've been feeling a bit tired, and kinda weird, and both my mom and my husband (separately) have said, "I think you're pregnant." I thought that Mirena was pretty fool proof...I havent tested, but I was just wondering if anyone has ever gotten pregnant while using it.

P.S. I havent gotten a period, because up until this month I was nursing.

Take the test... I just got the Paragard(10 year iud). A friend of mine had the mirena 2 times and never got pregnant until after it was removed. You might just be drained and need to take a breather. So take a test and see what it says. If its negative, see if someone will watch your children so you can rest. I have a 15 month old and 3 month old. And before i got my iud, i thought i was preg. because i was feeling like you were... very tired. So my parents watched the boys so i could rest for a few hours, and then i felt more refreshed.

I am also on the Mirena and have a 2 yr old and 9 mo old. Ive read of a few people getting pregnant on the Mirena, normally it is a tubal pregnancy, but it can happen as far as getting pregnant and having a baby. The best thing to do is get a test, I was having the same problem, luckily im not pregnant! lol

To be honest, it sounds to me like you're just a mum of 2 young children! There's no surprise you're tired, hun.

Mirena is as reliable as the pill so yes, it IS possible to get pregnant on it but SUPER rare. You might want to do a test though as if you are, you will need the coil taken out. Good luck.
