I have had a brilliant day & the icing on the cake my husband

will be home about 11 after 6 weeks away.

Every day is a wonderful day, no matter what the weather or season.

I have my family, my health, what could possibly make a bad day out of that?

I trust that it will continue for many years.

There are no problems in this life..........Only solutions.

Yes...Had a lovely day, got up, sat around  after I had a light breakfast, had a shower, had another coffee, made my lunch, sat around some more, watched a little TV, did a couple of crosswords(just to keep my brain intact) friend popped in for a coffee, talked ,she went and then I made myself a very nice dinner. Now I am on here telling you my life story..Ha

Helped an old guy who collapsed,until Ambulance arrived.Sad.

But it made me feel good i was straight there.

i went back on my diet last week as id put a stone on stopping smoking. ive done weightwatchers for a week and lost 8 pound.........so im on cloud nine lol

thanks Mrs Shady, I never even craved one in 8 months so I wont be going back, dont you either lol
