Anyone had any luck with mystery shopping?

anyone had any good luck with mystery shopping? I signed up to alot of the sites for them but its been 3 weeks already and I still havent gotten any assignments. I think Im gonna give it up. I live in SC, so there probably isnt anything really going on here in SC with mystery shopping!! I have tried some survey sites too, but I never recieved a check. I spent like 3 hours online and made 5 dollars. ??? I signed up to like 40 mystery shops as well. ...nothin. ?? Anyone having any luck with mystery shops or surveys?

Its mostly a scam to find out your shopping habits. Most retail companies have a division that send their own people out to do the shopping.
