Anyone had luck with Applications of grammar?

Question

Anyone used the applications of grammar books and have good results with it?

They are the christian liberty press ones.

Just wondering because I am not sure if this is enough to get me ready for a college level grammar/writing book (Scribners handbook for college writers, or something like that).

We have used them starting with book 1,  at about age 13 (7th grade level);  they are very good.

Add  Language exercises (review) if needed, and writing a research paper.

We also added Write Shop come high school level; all this together and most students will be well prepared for college level work.

hehehe since high school i have a bad grmaar bad, could be i,m lucky the university over me a scholarship :)
