Anyone had problems with Studio catalogue?

I have phoned so many times i have lost count, care line don't answer , any time. Have Emailed over and over again. Only answer if you phone the ORDER LINE!! Have had the phone put down on me twice. Have just wrote a letter of complaint, but i won't hold my breath for a reply, anyone had dealings with this sad excuse for a catalogue?

  1. if you paid by credit card contest it , if you paid by check get a stop payment right away, even if they were legit, I wouldn't do business with anyone that acts this way/
