Anyone had to register boat with english flag as spanish, apparently i need a spanish naval architect to?

boat is 79 westerly centaur, with vat certificate, a spanish guy wants to buy but estimated costs are 3500 euros!

I agree with the previous answer. Re-registering the boat is the buyers problem, not the sellers! The cost of that is something he must bear as part of normal boat running costs.
