but i have had major problems with unibet, hussled big time

ladbrookes have witheld cash before on a winning bet

victor chandler limited all the one's i win on.

No, but the problem with wagers is that English law considers them unenforcable. Therefore, if a bookie doesn't pay up, a court will refuse to consider the matter. For most disputed bets in England, the press act as an independent arbitrator, namely the Sporting Life, and the Racing Post, so if you have a problem the bookie can't deal with, contact one of those.

thing with betfair. its is not a betting operator.. it is an exchange. so you are taking other people money. with other firms these are compaines that are betting firms..! however as betfair is an exchange you and the other perosn involved in the bet will both have to have enough funds in your betfair balance and which is held in a balance for all betfiar customers. betfair shall normal takes a percentage, approx 3% - 5% betfair is one of the best compaines to bet with due to the odds normaly being greater. and payment have always been done to my self in the normal 2-3 days. if you are having problems , and its for a genuine reaosn then report it to the helpdesk
