Nice to see my favorite golfer on the course and playing a decent game. Anyone else? Chris Everett must have perked him up a bit.

Absolutely. Chrissie Everett must be good for his game. Perhaps if we had a fortnight with the dear lady our games would get better as well. It would at least be good to experiment.

Yeah... and especially to see him playing so well... of course, if I was married to Chrissie Evert, I'd do a lot of things I haven't done well for a long time!

And Shark needs to win to get back some of that $100 million his ex-wife took in the divorce settlement!

he wnt as a cerimonial golfer . due to win at birkdale . this was not a round of golf played by a cermonial golfer . why in hades , is he not out there on pga tour . he is hitting the best shots of his life . with todays course management . what could have been should have been .

It is great seeing one of the crowd pleasers back on the links. He was a fine player in his day and never achieved the heights that so many predicted. He did win the Open twice, had a fabulous business career with many endeavors, from sod to wine, clothing to clubs, yachts to course design. Good to hear his name is on the leaderboard.
