Anyone have ANY and I mean any information on these schools?

Question

I am an entering sophmore in College and plan on transferring soon and the Dean of my college thinks I should apply to these schools. I am pre-med and I was thinking more URochester, UMaryland, UPENN, McGill, schools along the east coast...she was thinking more:

University of Wisconsin

Howard University

Jackson State University

Mississippi State University

University of Mississippi

Tulane

North Carolina Central

Texas Southern University

Florida State

USF

UTampa

Heidelberg (WHAT!)

any help is GREATLY appreciated?

P.S. I never even thought about states outside of Florida, Mass, NewYork, Philly, Georgia, and Jersey so the emphasis is on the schools in mid-US. Please and thank you.

University of Michigan has a great medical school, I don't know much about the school but thats a start. good luck

Assuming you have no qualms about the out of state tuition or private tuition....

Wisconsin ... best school on her list...but man is it cold up there!

Howard - in DC... historically black college

Jackson St - Mississippi - same as Howard

Mississippi State - don't do it

Mississippi - redneck ville

Tulane - good but very expensive private school in New Orleans

North Carolina Central - c**p

Texas Southern - See North Carolina Central

Florida State - party U

USF - eh their ok...not great

Tampa - uh...no...

Hedielberg...whatever

Personally, if i were you, you'd be better off with your list

1.  Penn

2.  McGill

3.  Rest

I believe that Yahoo has some information on these schools.  You can just type the school name into the searchbox to find websites about the schools.  You can even find the official school websites.
