Anyone have Information on programming a 2005 Toyota Avalon Limited Keyless ignition and entry remote?

My Dad lost his only remote that operates the doors as well as the ignition. This car does not have a physical key at all for any function. The dealer wants him to tow it in so they can program it. My hope that he can buy the remote from the dealer and program the car where it sits. ( I already looked on Ebay and they do not have his remote available. Only keyless entry remotes.) Does someone know the procedure or is there a service bulletin online that I can access? Thanks again for your help!
