Im just wanting to know if anyone has and knows anything about the ROCKFORD FOSGATE PUNCH 150 LIMITED EDITION AMP,im wanting to use it to push 3 JBL GTO12O4D subs, they are dual 4 ohm 12" subs with 300 RMS each, but not sure if it has enough power to beat the h**l out of them if you "BASS HEADS" like me know what i mean.

  1. # Class A/B Circuit Topology

    # RMS Power @ 4-Ohms: 75W x 2

    # RMS Power @ 2-Ohms: 90W x 2

    # RMS Power @ 4-Ohms bridged: 180W x 1

the amp is to small to push  3 woofers

  2. You can't listen to the mass majority when it comes to the RF Limited Edition amps.  If you knew anything about the old school Punch 150 amps they were some of the baddest amps in their time.  Severely underrated ... one of my favorite amps for low-powered (under 250W RMS) competition purposes save maybe an Orion HCCA 225/250.

If you look at the RF forums for the Limited Edition Punch 150 ... many of them are birthing in the 950-1050W range.  Can it pound your 3 JBL's?  h**l yeah...let 'em rip.  The amp doesn't have 3 x 40A fuses onboard to be some puny little baby running a Punch Stage 1 sub.  180W x 1?  Yeah, right ... LOL!
