Anyone have a digital camera(brand: Ever Rising)?

It is a 8.0 MP DIGITAL CAMERA DC 4X ZOOM 2" LCD. I won it on Ebay. It doesn't appear to have the brand on the camera, but has a digital image of Ever Rising across the camera. It is coming from Hong Kong. Is it a good camera? How much do you think it's worth?

Ever rising sounds like some knock off brand.  If you want to be safe, stick with Cannon, Nikon, Olympus, and Pentax.  Those are the really good brands.  But even if you just want a point and shoot digital, Sony, Kodak, and just about any electronic name brand that you know of makes those.  If you've never heard of this brand (I haven't) I would be careful.  Especially since the last time I bought something from eBay and it came from Hong Kong, it turned out to be c**p.  (They were promising a lot more than they offered)

IMO you may have wasted your money. Its always best to buy a known brand such as Sony, Pentax, Olympus, Nikon, Canon, Fuji, Panasonic.

I hope I'm wrong and the camera turns out to be a good bargain.

It's worth how much you paid for it. =)

And secondly I have never heard that brand before. Sounds like a cheap camera knockoff.
