Anyone have a program guide for learning to read with pooh?

We found this program at a garage sale and my daughter just loves it!! However, I can't figure out how to delete all the extra names she has typed in and different users she has created. Can anyone help me?

We have the CDRom, the guide says "when you are at the sign-in screen and would like to delete some names, hold down the Control and P keys at the same time. A delete button then becomes visible...highlight the name to be deleted and then click on the Delete button. Click the green balloon when you are done."
