  1. Yes there is a doctor who treats this in L.A. , and he advertises on the radio, I think they offer hormone therapy, or it is something to do with  the glands

  2. ok so i was in that same situation and i pretty much got to the point where i was like you know what?  i dont care.  i stopped stressing about it because when you stress you get nervous and then your palms get clammy.  and when i thought about them being wet, it only made them worse, so i just decided that it wasn't important anymore.  so dont worry about it.  it'll pass.. i promise!

  3. I don't have this, but I've heard that you can get botox to reduce perspiration in your palms.

  4. carry a napkin in each pocket and when your bf goes to hold your hands you can dry them off discretely first.  I had the same problem, I'm 25 now and it went away a few years ago.

  5. Hey there!! actually i suffer from the same condition as u!!!

When my father holds my hands or friends who use the same mouse as me always say"why is ur hand wet?"

Well...an operation seems a little exaggeratingg!! Just wipe ur hands more often, and apply some powder and that will do the trick!!

BTW, gd to noe there's some1 like me outta there!

  6. hha welll when my hands are sweaty its because i don't have socks on. maybe you should wear sockss

  7. Haha i have the same things with my palms

There always sweaty, i havent found anything to stop it so i kinda just dealt with it..

I had gfs and got nervous holdin there hands cause mine always get sweaty

Hope all goes well for you though

  8. i put two napkins in my pockets and when its time i stick them in there dry them and go for it

  9. I did that when I was younger, after you wash your hands just use some antiperspirant on your hands  Just dont load it on because it will make your hands feel greasy when you were better off sweaty.

  10. Its a normal condition usually brought on my nerves.

    Some reccomendations:

-Bring a small little towel with you you can carry to wipe your palms when they are sweaty

-Avoid Caffeine. This will cause jitters and also make you sweat more too and increase nervous tension

    -Try to think calm thoughts

-Use moisterizer for your skin. This will keep them from getting to dry- your hands will tend to be less sweaty

Actually, Be thankful for your sweat. Sweating helps get rid of toxins in your body and tends to keep people younger and healthier.

  11. my friend has something like

if your parents are offering surgery

  12. go to the doctor and get a prescription for Drysol.  It works pretty good.

  13. Oh my gosh, haha, I had this same problem for so long and it was so awful. I couldn't even high five anyone without clammy hands. Mine went away just a couple months ago. A lot of it comes from nervousness that you might not know you had. But if you can reduce the stress in your life that might help as well. Wash your hands a lot that also might help.

  14. Pray to Jesus. He'll probably fix it.

  15. Dont put lotion on your hands.!!

  16. There are many effective treatments available. See a dermatologist.

  17. I have the same Problem, i didn;t know there was a surgery to fix it... Just don;t worry about it, and dont have your hands clsoed as much, let them air lol other wise i dont think there is a way to help sorry!

  18. cat says this is your hands way of telling you the end is near, i'd make a full salt protection circle around your house, they can't get you if you don't believe!

  19. Yes there is an actual medical condition called hyperhidrosis where you sweat too much, especially at the palms.  If you see your doctor, there are shots and also bath type things they can do to your hands to help reduce the problem.  Check this site out it may be helpful to you:
