Anyone have an Elevator?

Question

If I'm getting an elevator in my house that only goes from the basement to the 1st story, how long would it take for it to be finished? They haven't started yet.

I agree with the person on top. My aunt and uncle had an elevator that they turned into a closet because It didn't pass inspection after a few years. I guess the need to keep coming out every year or 2.

probably like a year. they need to build it and the electricity and wires.

That would  be like SO  freaking cool. It wouldn't take a year. Probably like 3 weeks, my dad has done things like hooked up l ights in 4 hours.

I know someone who has one it took like 2 wks. and they said they would never do it again, They have had lots of trouble with it.
