Sure, just pump that sucker up to 120psi. Make sure you use a presta, not a schraeder valve. I'd go with tubulars as well. Take off the back brake, and you'll be riding level 3 in no time.

I finally got to level 5 yesterday:D! it's like really tuff tho. lol! it's like idk, really tuf!! I don't remember what to do :(. Ihad some smokie dude while I was playing! lol! I saved it so I can start back at like level 5 again. lol. good luck!!

Yes, but not I.  My howrse only goes to level 2.7915.
