  1. My favorite smoothie is 2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1 cup of orange juice. I don't put dairy in mine because it just adds calories and fat and i'm lactose intolerant. Adding vanilla whey protein powder is also very yummy. Don't add chocolate though it's pretty unpleasant.

    Frozen peaches and canned pineapple are also a really yummy combo. I generally have a 2 to 1 ratio of frozen fruit to juice or canned fruit.

    8oz frozen fruit mix(peaches,grapes,strawberries,honeydew melon. et cetera)

    4oz cranberry juice

    4oz apple juice

    that's another favorite. just throw everything in a blender and add more juice until it reaches your desired consistency.

    6 strawberries

    1 bannana

    some honey

    a cup of yogurt (whatever flavor you want)

    3 ice cubes

    a little orange juice

    IT TASTES REALLY GOOD

  3. The best ever I have come across is made up of - Avocado, apple, dates, kiwi fruit, banana and weet-bix.

    Its an all natural smoothie and can replacea meal especially the breakfast. No additional sugar, thickner or any serum required.

    Can have a variation of it by replacing/adding other fruits  eg strawberries when in season.
